"Checked in at 2:45 but room not yet available. Returned after event t 6:30 and reception desk closed. Redirected to 3 people at bar and last was able to print key for us. Bar was busy and didn’t seem the best process. Everyone was pleasant . Enjoyed our stay."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"The Knickerbocker is an old hotel & staple of Milwaukees Eastside. Beautiful inside the rooms were spacious and clean, small kitchen with fridge, microwave coffee maker & stove. There is also a Restruant inside and the food and cocktails were awesome. A must"

"Pros: the room was very clean and spacious. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Cons: the TV kept turning itself on in the middle of the night. After several times of turning it off we called the front desk but they didn’t know how to fix it. The water pressure in the shower was weak."

"Our room was large, as it was a handicap accessible room and worked well. Lots or electrical outlets. The only shortcomings were that the TP was awful. I always anticipate this and carry my own Charmin on every trip. Secondly, the waffle making station should be moved off the rest of the breakfast bar. Placing it on a separate counter solves two major issues. 1] The people are not held up by waffle makers and 2] syrup is not tracked about the room. I have visited other hotels that have put the...
