"This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent"

"It was a great Cabin and very well maintained! Very close to Franklin, Seneca Rock, and Spruce Knob! All great places we visited! And Fisher Mountain Golf Course is close and it was probably the coolest course I’ve ever played at! "

"Awesome well equipped property and the host was very responsive. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the peacefulness of rural America but with the amenities of modern life. We enjoyed hiking on the property and relaxing in the quiet evenings. I have already made plans to return!"

"What an absolutely beautiful property! Caught fish in the lake and ponds. Saw eagles at the pond by the pavilion and lots of deer. The pig was a big highlight! Although Lynchburg is an hour and a half away from Bells Valley Ranch, we were happy to make the trip because the home was so welcoming, provided us with adequate space for our gathering, and was perfectly suited for the occasion. We would gladly recommend the space and rent it again!"
