Built in 1907 and thoughtfully updated in the century since, this riverfront home is perched on a hillside in small-town McDowell. The setting is beautiful, with the river below, the mountains off in the distance, and the Virginia countryside stretching out before you.

What makes this home so special are the amenities you'll find at every turn. Looking to host a tournament with friends and family? Try ping-pong, air hockey, dual-shot basketball, foosball, ring toss, or darts. Interested in games? Opt for cornhole, Giant Jenga, or Giant Four-in-a-Row. Hoping for some unmatched relaxation? Take a dip in the pool, screen a movie in the home theater (with seating for nine adults and six kids) featuring a 120-inch projection screen, or gather in the game room for drinks at the bar and live music courtesy of a karaoke machine, an electronic drum set, standing bongos, a piano, speakers, and - of course - a stage.
