"The room wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Its run down, dusty old dressers and broken bathroom door. Will not be staying ever again!"

"Check in at 3pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and were told it was a 15 dollars check in early fee. We payed because we drove 12 hours from NY and wanted to relax. Other than that the place was ok"

"Breakfast minimal, broken hairdryer stained towels and linens , grounds not well kept, staff entered our room without knocking, a non English speaking man came in while we were in the room and rushed in took all our towels and garbage without even explaining what he was doing,poor tv channel choices,a iron without an ironing board,no kleenex"

"Recently stayed here and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the AC worked wonderfully, and the microwave and fridge functioned perfectly. The pillowcases were also great—nice and clean. However, the rest of the stay was a struggle. The toilet took four flushes to clear, and the bathroom ventilation was completely clogged with dust and didn't work. While the linens were clean, the bedsheets were full of cigarette burn "ventilation holes" (in a non-smoking room). 1 floor mat, 1...

"Clean Room, very friendly staff, lots of breakfast options. Only complaint I guess I had was a VERY strong odor of either some kind of cleaning supply or the newer carpet. I, unfortunately, have a hyper sense of smell and strong odors can trigger headaches. Luckily I did not get one. If it was a cleaning supply, staff might want to consider future guests who also suffer from this"

"This could be a lovely hotel, but I’d need of maintenance and cleaning. The room was not clean, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom area, a broken lamp was on the floor, terrible smoke odor in the room, one set of towels for two days in a king room. The front desk staff was friendly and the location was good."

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
