Front desk would not transfer my wife’s call to my room because she did not know the room number! This day in age, cell phone is the most used method of communication however my phone did not have service. The front desk should have transferred my wife’s call to my room as I was a registered guest that was logged in their system. I could have made the choice to answer to call or not. They should not have made the decision for me it was not their place. The front desk clerk hung up on my wife. This is just not acceptable customer service. They should have done better! My wife called at 6 o’clock in the morning. Nobody calls early morning hours unless it is necessary. They suck for this and will never spend my money at this hotel again!
