"The guy who checked us in was extremely rude, even going as far as to yell at my boyfriend when he asked him to repeat himself. Then we are put out back where it already looks like there's homeless and drug deals happening. Shirtless men hanging out on the walk way smoking cigarettes and drinking beer greeted us on oir way to our room. Once we get inside, it reeks of cigarettes, dirty, and the smoke detector is no where to be found. (Came across is later on top of the clothes rack) My boyfriend...

"It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!"

"Hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly, parking is a breeze you have the option to do valet at a fee where you can come and go throughout the day or there is an attached garage that also has a fee but you pay every time you enter. "The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. "There what looked like makeup splatter on a mirror. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Nothing but a tiny ass bar of soap to clean with. The tv didn’t work. Staff was super quiet and first impressions wasn’t pleasant. Real worry for bedbugs with how poorly this place is handled. Won’t be staying there ever again, and I’m used to roach motels. "The room was clean BUT....the beds were horrible! The bed frame was a full size but the mattress was a queen size so when you sat on the edge you slid off!! Very uncomfortable. At breakfast i went down for coffee. There were no coffee cups and when i asked for one i was told they were out of them! I was told to use a juice cup which is about a 3 oz cup!
