They would not switch room to a larger one even when available for additional charge (maybe their policy is different but still did not expect that). No...

"The guy who checked us in was extremely rude, even going as far as to yell at my boyfriend when he asked him to repeat himself. Then we are put out back where it already looks like there's homeless and drug deals happening. Shirtless men hanging out on the walk way smoking cigarettes and drinking beer greeted us on oir way to our room. Once we get inside, it reeks of cigarettes, dirty, and the smoke detector is no where to be found. (Came across is later on top of the clothes rack) My boyfriend...

The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. "It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!"
