Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"We had to wait a while for our room to be ready. Even though there were lots of staff on the front desk, it didn't appear that they there were all working together effectively. Our room had a large wet patch near the TV but after waiting to get the room, we couldn't be bothered to go down and get it sorted. The shower glass was very dirty but all else ok. "Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel.
Here were the cons:
I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support.
I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude....
