"A lot of things seemed outdated and grungy. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The TV in our room didn’t work, we told the desk and they didn’t come fix it. There were stains on the carpet, and our floor smelled like a portapotty the whole trip. Our room was big though, and the common areas are nice."

"Room is basic and small which is not a problem but cleanliness is lacking. My sheets were stained and there was hair pieces on shower floor. Most surfaces around the hotel could use a good cleaning. No complimentary water either. For such basic property the price is too high and you can get similar hotels in the area for much less."

"The hotel is fairly new, so iy was clean overall. The main issue for this hotel is the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING! You can even hear your next door guests talking. Also outside noises are easily heard, which makes light sleepers to wake up back to back. It had been awhile since our stay at BW but we will certainly return in the near future. We have family and upcoming events in Leland and we will be recommending BW to our families and friends attending and visiting. The prices were also very competitive and very reasonable! We enjoyed the stay very much !"
