"We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!"

"Great space, great location, responsive property owners, and such comfortable beds! This property was such a great landing pad for my husband and I on our recent trip to Wilmington! Comfortable, clean and well equipped with all you need! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Wilmington. The snacks were such a thoughtful gesture and most appreciated! Overall score, 5 stars!"

"Steve was a fantastic host, with quick replies and dining recommendations. The property is really nice, has a great front porch, perfect location, and everything you need. The layout is a little funky (you need to go through one bedroom to get to the other, and the shower head is extremely low for us tall folks. But we'd definitely stay there again."

"Really cute place to stay. Super clean, well appointed and very comfortable mattress. The grounds are really nice. My only recommendation is to either list amenities or update pictures. There was no info about coffee pot, dishes, silverware, etc. in the amenities list. We brought paper products and there was a picture of a Mr. Coffee so we bought grounds and filters. When we got there, there was a Keurig. While we love Keurig and have 100 pods at home, we were now forced to find a store....

"Matt’s home was absolutely perfect! It was just right with all the amenities we could want. Close to everything including the airport, downtown and breweries in the area. We would highly recommend to those traveling to Wilmington. So many positive comments. Matt was a great host who communicated so well to make our stay a delight. "
