"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around.
Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"Helpful and friendly staff BUT the hotel?, sewage fumes coming from the bathroom gave me a headache and sore throat. Seen lots of flies and seen small cockroaches in the bathroom. AC won’t stop dripping since first day of our stay until the AC won’t gave us cold air. Reported this on a first day but they didn’t do anything about this. Stayed in this hotel for 5 days 4 nights and it was a worst hotel stay of our lives."

Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice .
The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin .
Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper."

In. When the sheets were changed after our 3rd day, it was still the old one because of the red spots on the same area so I had to call housekeeping again and the floor was obviously not clean as there were hairs all over the floor. I hope management will focus on room...

"The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi."
