"Excellent location to view the elephants in the river at good price. Staff were very attentive, nice pool and great breakfast. 4pm checkin was a bit of a pain, but we understand the reason why. 12pm checkout means you get see the elephants the next morning."

"設備の古さが隠せない。 朝食の質は少し改善が必要です。 もっと宿泊施設としての企業努力が必要である。"

"Great Hotel"

"Massive clean room. Bathroom should have a vanity or shelving to place toiletries. Need a towel rack by the sink."

"I try to write fair, detailed reviews as I rely on them myself when choosing properties. The infinity pool is stunning and the staff are very mindful of guests seeking quiet. It genuinely feels peaceful. Service – 5★ Warm, attentive and...

"A very beautiful and quiet place to stay. About 30 minutes from Kandy and a lovely place to unwind. The staff were wonderful."

"Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable. One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom. Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage"

"Schöner und grosszügiger Pool zum schwimmen. Eine ruhige Ecke zum Entspannen."

"Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere. Ohne telefonisches Anfordern eines tuktuk geht nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber wenig geschult. Die Zimmer wurden in den vier Tagen (von zwölf gebuchten) nicht einmal gemacht. Expedia sollte darauf hinweisen dass es ein prima geignetes Hotel ist für einen stop over in Kandy aber als Standorthotel eher ungeignet."

"Had an incredible experience staying here and seeing it in person far exceeded what I expected from the photographs. The host was extremely helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so delicious and they have all the activities to book on sight making it a one stop shop. I couldn’t have had a better experience staying here. The host Priyantha even gave me his information to what’s app him with any questions or concerns. +94 773603723"
