We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food...

It was advertised as a bed and breakfast with grab and go, but there was not much drink selection in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. However, there was not a blanket on the bed, only a very light bed cover. It was cold during the night. As well, there were no regular sleeping pillows, only pillows with sham covers.
