"Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Our stay was great! The staff was very nice. Every where we went was a 10 minute drive or less. Close to the baseball field and football stadium. "

"My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing."

"The lobby is like a comfy living room and the workers were all very friendly and easy going. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and lots of outlets. Everything was just easy and comfortable. Also, I really appreciated they let me check out late and just charged $10/hour for being late. A lot better than offering to store my luggage like most places do."

"We stayed here while attending IntroDUCKtion at the University of Oregon. It was a convenient choice for our program, within walking distance of the University. The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were neat and tidy. Loved having a view of the little creek behind the hotel, with a little duck family living out their best life. Just like my daughter and I. Will be staying here again in the future. Go Ducks!"
