"Amazing breakfast and the Inn grounds were beautiful. The only down side was a nearby train with the whistle and track noise several times during sleep hours, but that is not the fault of the B&B."

"I stayed Saturday through Monday and was disappointed they did not service my room during the stay. When I enquired at the desk, they said it was due to policy of doing it every other day. It was a bummer and I encourage them to rethink their policy. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Eugene...I hope you all give them a try, and that they bring back daily room service"

"Gorgeous view from the top floor of the Willamette River and Pre's Trail. Staff is pleasant and happy to great you. Parking is plentiful and access is excellent. Convenient to points in Eugene and Springfield. I will stay here on my next visit."

"The room as cool. Very Retro and perfectly “Eugene” themed with several references to movies in wall art. Mini fridge present but no microwave so no way to heat leftovers. Room was not cleaned to the standard I had expected for the price paid for the room. Location was perfection for attending a show at the Hult Center and an easy walk to get drinks at the bars afterward! "

"The rooms are clean and the parking is really easy. I like that it’s a small hotel. The breakfast was our favorite on this trip so far. Lorelei was so nice and helpful. It’s about 8 minutes from the UO campus. We will stay again. "

"No pets parking was cramped the room stunk the wall are made of paper could here everything in the two rooms beside us I couldn’t believe the floors there was wholes in the floors covered up by carpet you could trip walking on them would never recommend this place stay clear "
