Not a 4-star hotel. Things were broken in the room including a broken magnifying mirror with the mirror missing and the frame hanging askew. An exceptionally small room, even my European standards. We could. It even open our suitcases on the floor. We got a good deal on it, so we made it work, vbut we’ll stay somewhere else next time we’re in Lux

Location is awesome, close by the train station and the downtown. Very convenient. Check in (Christine) was kind and helpful. Room are new, the building is new. All in all great stay! Thank you
