"Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of Massillon. Staff was super friendly, room was comfortable, quiet, clean & nicely appointed with all you need while away from home. Free breakfast had lots of options. 10/10!"

"Emma at the desk was especially helpful, and went out of her way to get the room situated, find my HH code which I'd long since forgotten, helped us with visitors for breakfast.. in short, anything we needed, she jumped through hoops to help. I can't wait for our return to Massillon, and hope she is there when we get back!"

"I loved everything about this amazing place. The energy was very welcoming and the place was absolutely gorgeous. If there was anything could recommend, it would be to have better pillows. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows could use an updated. Overall, I will be coming back again. Arguably the best place to stay in Canton Ohio. Thanks for the top notch service!!!!"

Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through Expedia again that’s for sure."
