"Great hotel for a great price! Close enough to everything downtown and they offer a shuttle service to near by hot spots and the airport which was a huge bonus! Staff were quick and helpful! Breakfast cafe was convenient and delicious and the bar in the evening was always great! Also cannot go wrong with the Double Tree warm cookies!"

"family vacation during Easter long weekend; the hotel was very busy but 1 out of the 2 elevators were shut off on care maintenance which caused a lot of inconvenience; floor and elevator was spilled with juice and no staff cared to attend; didn't know the housekeeping policy is every other day which made a family stay not too ideal (for the price we paid)."

"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult...

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and their communication felt unprofessional, especially during checkout. I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my son’s 3rd birthday, but there was no acknowledgment at all—not even a simple “happy birthday.” It felt like we were completely overlooked, which was upsetting given the occasion. Overall, this was one of the least welcoming Hilton experiences I’ve had."

"Hotel has a beautiful view of the harbor and is well located - very easy to walk to dining and downtown. Room and hotel overall were clean and felt luxurious. Coach bed was comfortable as well. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living area! Overall great experience."

We were very pleased with our room and the great view of Boston Harbor. Two minor issues were the water spot on the bathroom sinks were too short for the size of the sink, making it hard to use without making a mess (wide designs such things and knows).
