"The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. "

He explained the history behind the building in the furniture, which was wonderful. He also arranged for our pick up to the airport in the morning. "Overall property was good. Some things need improvement. Kitchen table and chairs are unsteady and need to be fixed. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. Although there is washing machine, a dryer would also be useful. The heat in the rooms were subpar and when I tried to turn it on, water leaked from the heater. The heat in foyer and living room was fine."

"Emplacement idéal, au calme pour découvrir Venise qui est à 20 min en train de l hébergement. La gare est à 5 min à pieds et proximité de tous commerces. Propriétaire disponible, je recommande génial!"
