"I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.

"Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles.
Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location."

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
