If you prefer a quality burger you need to look elsewhere they only seem to have the cheap meat style. The staff were nice. Make sure you get service from Cam... Top bloke "

"I unfortunately booked for the wrong month. Having emailed the hotel to ask to change the booking they referred straight to their cancellation policy with absolutely no flexibility. Considering it’s a huge hotel and it was an honest mistake I am very disappointed with their response. I wouldn’t rebook based on this. "

"Excellent choice and value for money. Only downside, breakfast was cold. Cold beans. Cold bacon. Slightly warm sausage. My friend had other options and they too were cold or just room temperature.
Cannot fault the staff, the room or anything else. "

"Room was clean, not too far from the airport or city center. Don't trust the cab company they have at the front desk tho. Was overcharged and taken for a much longer ride than necessary while being lectured on politics by the driver. Stick to Uber instead! "

"Breakfast was amazing and well enjoyed with a variety to choose from. Restaurant staff were great, exceptional customer service from Vikki and the manager Ellie.
Reception desk staff were very helpful amd accommodating.
Family room.was okay, good size, hiwver the bathroom was old and bath didnt look very clean, toliet was hard to flush, but overall a great stay and would recommend."
