"I was arriving late when I got to the hotel. Staffs are very helpful. I had my room on the 3rd floor. The room is nice, clean and bed is clean. Bathroom a bit small with a shower and toilet in the same area. So, it’s kind of weird but it’s ok. Toilet got wet after shower. I smelled Durian from the receptionist to my bedroom. Because there is a Durian shop right next to the hotel. Parking is limited but it’s easy access for an online taxi to find you. There is an elevator as you walked inside...

"Michael and his team (including Wan Lee) did a great job handling my reservation. Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am).
