"We love this old hotel. Very well operated. You definitely get a feel for the history of the area. "

"The room was clean. They had fresh fruit at breakfast which i appreciated. No broken equipment or furniture, sheets were clean, no sign f ants or other bugs (and I checked) bed was comfortable. Amazingly quiet despite being nearly full. Yes, this is an older property and could use a facelift but it met my needs perfectly. I can’t see the older furniture or art or rugs when I am sleeping which is the only real reason I would ever stay at any hotel. "

"The shower is amazing!!! I had a hard work out before coming in and the shower has this powerful massaging mode or modes I should say. My rotator cuff was off and my ears weren't popping. Not anymore!!! I can breathe and I feel amazingly popped from my head to my toes!!! Now a great night's sleep in this roomy bed is all a person could ever dream of....."

"Booked two rooms for 4 adults. Area was quiet and the staff and owners work hard at keeping this older motel looking nice and cozy. It felt like the 80's and family trips in the best way. Right off I-70 with a 24 hour Casey's located next door. Loved the stay here, will do it again next time I'm kicking it in CoMo."
