"The Property is neat, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the evening we arrived the heat had been off for several hours and the Unit was far too cold to stay. It appears there had been a power outage at some point and the heating unit did not restart. It took several tries over half an hour to get the heating unit up and running - we did have TM support from the property manager during that time. Once we got the unit running, we left for 4 hours to allow the unit to get warm. When we...

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The snack pantry near the front desk was pretty bare. Not much food to buy. The only tea bags avaliable in both our room and the pantry was green tea. No sugar free drink options. Such as diet soda or flavored sparkling water zero sugar. "
