"The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the night staff was not very attentive during my stay. The doors to the hotel lock around 10-11pm and if I arrived after that time I would have to ring the bell many times and wait 5-10 min for staff to open the door. Other than that, staff were very kind and they will keep your bags for you while you go to MachuPicchu!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to...

"This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM).
