We enjoyed our big balcony and water view. The canopy bed was comfy. Nice location near to good restaurants.

Superb experience. Only thing missing was second (ideally more casual) restaurant option for evening, great bar service to pool and beach side but missed not having proper beach bar for evening. They do have a bar but it is indoors and not the waterside experience. Overall great option and would highly recommend! Also loved fact that food and alcohol prices were around 20-30% cheaper than every other place we’d been to in St Lucia. So v good value too.

I felt like because we booked through a third-party travel site, we were given one of the least desirable rooms. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but based on our experience, it certainly felt that way. My daughter surprised me with this trip to celebrate two very special milestones: being five years cancer-free and experiencing my first St. Lucia Carnival. This was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, which made our experience at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa even more disappointing. From the very beginning, we were misquoted by nearly $2,000, and for the approximately $4,200 we ultimately paid, we expected accommodations and service that reflected the price. Instead, we were given a room that was in poor condition. The blankets had rips in them, the bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains, the bathroom floor was dirty enough that I cleaned it myself, and the bathroom door was broken. The toilet also did not work properly, and I had to request repairs twice before the issue was addressed. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. While a few employees were friendly and welcoming, several others were rude, dismissive, and made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience. When I requested a room change because of the condition of our room, I was told it would cost even more money. After paying $4,200 for our stay, I found that response unacceptable.
