Area was safe and like the walk ability to restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the indoor pool, but would have like a hot tub as well."

"I got the last room available and the carpet that was recently cleaned was socking wet. The smell was accordingly The stuff located a near hotel and expected me to pay about $100 extra "

"It was clean, but the breakfast it's a joke, some bagels and cereal. They claim it's Continental breakfast, but they have no eggs/omelet or sausage or something else. Pool was closed since it's outside and was March. Heater / AC makes so much noise at night, that we turned OFF. Not recommended this one. "

"The hotel is ok, the furniture is old, the complimentary breakfast is a waffle machine, a toaster, and cold cereal. The indoor pool is nice. It’s quiet when empty. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely outside gardens to stroll through, with fountains & Koi fish swimming in the pond. The location is about 7 miles east of I-5, out of the way from traffic noise. We would stay there again with our dog."

"I dont no because I booked through Expedia and when I got to Best Western I had no booking there I spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and got charged extra to get sent to a different Motel the gentleman who was on staff that night was awesome that's all I can say about Best Western then I got a lot to say about Expedia if you want to hear you're more than welcome to call 360-721-3115"

"The hotel is clean, upgraded, and safe. This area in Salem isn’t the best but the hotel has security patrols during the night time. "

"I had a time staying there. They were really friendly customer service. The room was perfect asking for towels and stuff that I needed for my room. Everything the bathroom the place was amazing. It was quiet and it’s really nice place to stay if you guys going for work for vacation it has a nice place to stay with."
