Welcome and enjoy your stay at a brand new apartment in Downtown Marion, KY!

These main level apartments are ideal for anyone traveling through the area, visiting family, hunting on nearby property, or really, any reason.

Completely furnished with everything you need! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an open layout with a living/dining, and kitchen area. There’s a desk that’s ideal for setting up a work station & high speed internet is available. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 twin beds.

Guests have access to a washer and dryer, a shared patio area outside, & a grill.

An identical unit is also available next door if additional space is needed. We’d love to have you!

Some information about the area: Marion is one of Kentucky's hidden treasures! The city is full of quaint shops that sell many beautiful handmade items, antique malls, delightful restaurants and coffee shops. Located in Crittenden County, the area is also known as one of Kentucky's largest Amish Communities. Cabinetry, furniture, baked goods and bulk foods as well as seasonal items such as plants, vegetables, pumpkins and gourds can be purchased from individual Amish families. You can also catch a ferry across the Ohio River to Cave in Rock, Illinois.

The apartment was so neat and clean and is decorated so cute also. It was perfect for what we needed. Easy to find and great parking.

Great little place

I needed a place to stay for my nephew’s graduation and this place was perfect! The guestbook with all the instructions and menus was great to have for somewhere I hadn’t been in years! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing Stay in Marion!

This property felt like a little slice of home. The furnishings were so nice, the space had thoughtful amenities throughout and they even left a goodie bag filled with snacks. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again the next time I visit Marion!

We stayed for one night to attend an event at Life in Christ Church. You could tell the owners wanted to create a peaceful atmosphere and that they did. We would stay here again.

Not worth the price

The listing is fairly accurate. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. However there are several significant negative aspects so we would strongly recommend against this rental. 1) highly overpriced 2) road noise level is very high so that you get to hear cars and trucks all night (even though the traffic is a block away the beds are right next to the front windows so the sound level is high) 3) the wi-fi was not secure 4) the TV was difficult to navigate

Excellent Place

The exterior of the place is misleading, because it looks like a new warehouse. We did not have the code to get into the place, but Rommel, next door, was very helpful and accommodating. He said that he knew you and had telephone numbers and called a brother for me, And got the code number for the unit. I know this is TMI, but he even let me use the restroom in his shop! I didn't know how to get in touch with Eleiza, so I didn't get to talk to her at all. That was inconvenient, but that's how it goes. When we finally walked into the place, we were thrilled at the decor and the cleanliness! Someone put a Lot of time and effort into making this an up-to-date and Beautiful unit. We enjoyed the experience from then on out. A small suggestion, it could use another bathroom. Our group had 4 women and 1 man, but we made due. Your place is wonderful and we would rent it again. Please say "Hi" and thanks to Rommel for me again. Laurie Knight

This property is very well decorated, comfortable, and well appointed. It is well lit and has everything you need! The location is central to downtown and main roads. We were very pleased to be the first tenants!
