"The TV didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home."

"The room was nice and spacious. I found a few things weird, but not a deal breaker. The shower (no tub) was a walk in and quite spacious. However, there were NO shelves or indentions within the walls to hold the soap or shampoo! You had to reach out and place whatever you are using on the back of the toilet. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles were ridiculously small. They are basically a one time use and if your hair is long and thick, you might need two! The toilet paper holder was...
