"Staff on property were very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our main TV and they worked with us to solve it. The location is great and the view is amazing. Pools are beautiful. The unit has fans and ac units so it is very comfortable. The bed is large but FIRM. The stove was clean but took forever to cook things. Maybe an electric problem but plan on it will take 20 minutes to cook scrambled eggs.. for real. Thanks Raleigh for renting to us and the description was accurate."

"Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive."

"The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). "We had a great stay at this villa! The pictures don’t do it justice, the view was amazing and felt very private. We enjoyed the location, very close to Red Hook and lots of great restaurants. Check in and communication with Shawn was very easy and quick. He left lots of great recommendations as well as chairs/snorkel gear/towels/cooler that made our beach trips so much better!"

"The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. "

"Our stay here proved to be a much needed and easy getaway . The units private pool made the whole experience . As much as I can respect traveling families it can sometimes make a shared pool more play than peace . Having your own outdoor space to take a dip made sunbathing as easy as opening the sliding doors and heading out for sun and chillaxing. The location is perfectly tucked within walking distance of Sapphire Beach"
