"Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood. "

"There are so many wonderful things to say about the property. The room was clean, lovely and looked just like the photos. The staff was super friendly and the french toast and drinks were delicious. The area is proximate to central London. Sometimes we took the Tube, others we rented bikes. London has many bike lanes, so we felt comfortable riding. The Chiswick area is super cute. The main strip has tons of shops, restaurants and pubs. The flower stands were gorgeous! Lookimg forward to staying...

"Truly enjoyed the location in charming Brentford Lock. Our room had a lovely balcony view of the canal and was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. "

"Had to change rooms as phone was not working. Didn’t want to keep having to go to reception. Plus fridge said not in use but was in fact working. Got upgraded to a room with a lovely view. Very busy but more attention needed to ensure that rooms are working and ready for occupancy "

"Great location (walkable to Richmond riverfront) especially if you want to enjoy the grassland around the river. Lovely cafe hut nearby (down the hill) and easily accessible from Richmond train station by bus and a short, very uphill walk. The common areas of the hotel are very pleasant and comfortable. Nicely decorated and plenty of places to sit etc. A big highlight is the water fountain next to reception which has still and sparkling water on tap. The restaurant is also lovely and I ate...

"This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back. "

"Everyone on staff is sweet and smiley! Very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfasts are cooked in the pub kitchen upon ordering, not continental-style. They make espresso drinks too! The room was quiet and cozy. I will return. "

"The hotel design and decor is simply gorgeous. Every staff member was wonderfully friendly. I wasn't expecting the spa area to be so lovely! Outdoor space is great, as well as indoor relaxation room. One of the cleanest spa/pool areas I've ever come across! We didn’t try the food so can't comment on that. But would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break"

"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark.
