"I paid extra for a room to accommodate 3 people, so there were 2 beds, there was a sofa that had no sheets not made up and stains. They knew from the call that I was staying with my mother not a partner. She needed a bed to herself for a good nights sleep before we were up at 5am to go next door to the hospital for her surgery. I slept uncomfortably on the couch because there was no bedding sheets or blankets. Very disappointed"
