"It's not worth the price. I have gotten a studio deluxe room which can accommodate up to 6 people (2 full size beds, queen size sleeper sofa). I had to call repeatedly for bed linens, towels, and paper towel. They weren't in the room once we settled in. Also there was a very bad odor from the air conditioner vent that made the air in the room quite uncomfortable to sleep and breathing caused intense coughing. The lights in the entire studio suite was definitely dimmer than usual. The staff were...

"Very nice place! Had everything you could need and very convenient. Our only complaint was their was just some sand in the room and on the top sheet of the bed but it’s a beach resort you can’t really get every speck of sand so it was okay."

"Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone."

"The room is old, dirty and rusty. There were no towels available and the elevator stopped working at one point. The only positive about this hotel is the location and the attached beach bar."
