"Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights. Our room in the tower was amazing, huge comfortable bed. If traveling to Bordeaux and want a superb place to stay Yndo is highly recommended "

"This is a very special hotel. The staff went above and beyond, the restaurant was fabulous, our room was beautiful and the grounds are spectacular, surrounded by vineyards. There is a pond with ducks and two beautiful swans who walk around the property. We arranged in advance for a picnic and had a lovely lunch on a blanket with an incredible view of the hotel, the vineyards, and of course, the swans. The pool, sauna and steam were also terrific. "Kind and friendly welcome and service; lovely site. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a private terrace. The breakfast was fabulous, especially delicious omelets! It's close to a tram route with easy access to the train station and historic district near the Garonne."

"Beautifully appointed room. Quiet and private location. Well appointed gym although very small. Nice pool and sauna but with weird rules that aren’t obviously published anywhere - expect a telling off from the ‘wellness’ staff if you don’t follow the mystery rules! Bar is very nice, a great space to relax and service there was outstanding. Restaurant looked lovely too, but with dinner service not starting until 7pm, we didn’t bother - plenty of other equally good/better options nearby. We didn’t...

"The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking it at breakfast "
