"Right the way amazing hospitality! Wow! Everything about this hotel was amazing. Free water, soda, snacks….. Great location and very quiet at night. Personal huge thank you to Lorenzo, Marie, and Daniel. Anything you needed they helped you with. Highly highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were helpful and friendly when we arrived, showing us the facilities and how to contact them if there was an issue. Happily, everything was great. The area was within walking distance of the main sights we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of places to eat near the apartment. The air conditioning was much appreciated since it was very hot outside. "

"Excellent place. Room was huge and beds were comfy. Metro and tram station right outside the door, buses were a 5 minute walk away. Lots of parking nearby too, only €4 for 8 hours. "

"Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the helpful...

"We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "

"Our room was huge, with a separate bedroom, dining room/livingroom combo, foldout sofa bed (very comfortable), kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes, large fridge. The pool was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience."

"Me and my friend stayed 3 nights in this historical palazzo 200 meters from St Peter’s basilica . We had dinner on the roof top restaurant viewing Vatican. Everything was top notch , I can say once in a life time experience. Highly recommend "

"The property is located in a posh neighborhood The metro is close by and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. "

"The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. "

"Loved how close it is to everything, including attractions, groceries and restaurants. Had a really nice private patio and very quiet at night. Walkable to everything. We walked to the Vatican 5 km and back. Walked to Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps then back to Colosseo Gardens ! It is 10 minute walk to the colosseum. Air conditioning is great and very clean. "
