"The room was fairly large with a very clean bathroom (no mildew, yea!). Had a full Starbucks on premise which was great. A nice lobby where people were chilling and a nice long high table where people used their laptops (always full). We walk to University of TN and Market Square easily, so perfect location for us. They have construction doing on which closed the main entrance, but we didn't hear any noise. The parking garage is tight, but we took the truck in fine, but carefully."

"It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended). A colleague had a problem with her room lock, and...

"My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it."

"Overall hotel was great, pool was way too cold to enjoy for my old bones. Apparently someone was having a party the first night we stayed because the smell of Marijuana was overwhelming, but that is of no fault of the hotel. Otherwise enjoyed our stay."
