"Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns."

"Issues with their TV’s. They did accommodate new rooms for us but it took over an hour of negotiations to get the front desk to call the manager & figure it out for a family with young kids."

"It was a decent room, fairly clean. I wasn't expecting a 4 star experience from a budget hotel. There were a few things that could have been better though. The breakfast was nice, but to say that options were limited would be an understatement. The only real negative was average at best water pressure and temperature. "Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside?
