The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? "Found it on a lark. Worked out wonderfully in retrospect. My wife’s flight home was cancelled due to weather in Chicago. We were able to extend and they provided her with transportation to the local area, so she wasn’t stranded in the hotel. The property itself is off the beaten path but minutes from the airport. "Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."
