"Our third stay at Catch a View was as glorious as our previous visits. We’re hooked! The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is very clean and furnished with all the necessary items along with some luxuries in the beautifully renovated kitchen. The expansive view is gorgeous 24/7 no matter the weather. The ocean is the constant with varying skies. Sunrise, sunset, stargazing or daytime beach enjoyment are all wonderful. This place is special. We’ll be back again next year!"

"This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "

"Nicely maintained home. Well stocked kitchen. Great view of the beach, easy access to the beach just across the street. Loved the hot tub. I believe the screen door off the livingroom needs to be put in the track. Owner was very patient & helpful when I called him when we got stuck in the elevator!It was a great experience & we had a wonderful time."

"I am 66 years old and this was my most enjoyable stay at a beach EVER. From the responsiveness and thoughtfulness of the host (he deserves 6 stars!) to the location (pretty much a private beach) with the ocean right at our doorstep, practically. Ocean views from 3 bedrooms close enough to hear crashing waves! Not only were linens provided, but the kitchen and baths were generously stocked with everything you need except the food you would cook in the fab kitchen!! Our chef was enthralled! ...

"Very clean house that suited our family’s needs. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. Our host & her concierge, Melissa, promptly answered any questions. Fully equipped kitchen although some cookware may need replacing soon. Everyone in our family commented how comfortably the beds were-a BIG factor in enjoying vacation time!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay! The oceanfront location is outstanding and the beach it is very quick and easy to access from the home. The sunset and ocean views were fantastic. We loved the gazebo and extra seating areas outside. The home was exceptionally equipped all around and very clean. The layout was perfect for our group. Loading in and out was super simple with the elevator. We hope this new home is well taken care of and remains at this level of excellence for years to come!...

"The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

"Awesome little condo exactly as described. Steps to the beach and a few more steps to the pool. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well-furnished with everything you could need (even coffee!). Didn’t mind making the drive down to Surf City and Topsail for restaurants and shopping. Loved the little balcony and not having to keep up with a key! I was surprised by how lit everything in the area was with it being a big turtle beach. Thankfully this complex was nice and dark! Thank you!"
