The Lily Pad is located only 7 minutes to Topsail Island. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath TINY home with a LOW lofted area located in a secluded quiet area.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath TINY home with a LOW lofted area located in a secluded quiet area. The long driveway is shared with the homeowners/hosts as we have to pass by the tiny home. When coming to stay at the The Lily Pad you will just need to bring your clothes and food as all the extras are provided (they will be listed below).

The bedroom offers a queen bed with a smart tv and a ceiling fan. The low lofted area offers a queen bed with a smart tv. The loft area is tight quarters so this is a perfect area for kids.

The kitchen offers a 24” Magic Chef stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. A Keurig/coffee maker duo is provided for all the coffee lovers.

The living room offers a modern couch, reclining chair along with a smart tv and ceiling fan.

Bed & bath linens are provided. Mattress protectors along with with an additional mattress pad and quilts/comforters are on both beds. Blankets will be provided as well. A stackable washer & dryer is provided at the end of the hallway.

The bathroom offers a stand up shower with a rain shower head along with a hand held sprayer with small kids kept in mind. A blow dryer is provided.

There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water. A charcoal grill will be provided with the grilling tools.

This home will accommodate up to 4 people. Some exceptions may be made but you must confirm with host before booking.

Amazing

The property was amazing. The exterior and interior was a modern/rustic decor and updated. The tiny home was very welcoming and comfortable.This is a suggestion for directions.When close to destination, the 210 turns off to the left. Watts Landing stay straight ahead, you will see McClammy Street to your immediate right. Pass McClammy then pass the posted dead END sign. Keep straight one quarter mile to Chesney, turn right onto Chesney at the end of the road which is Mcclammy, take a left turn until you come to the sign 436 Guthrie, turn right.The overall stay was amazing. Thank you!

Our stay at The Lily Pad was nothing short of fantastic! The host was incredibly communicative and professional, making the booking and check-in process seamless. The house itself was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch—it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend this charming getaway!

Peaceful Beach Stay

The Lily Pad is located a few short miles from the beach, yet feels as if it is in its own private world. This home is impeccably clean, with every need anticipated. This was my second stay, and I will absolutely return!

Lovely experience

The Lily Pad was adorable - with nice furnishings, dishes, etc. and was well stocked with amenities. Bethany was great with communicating directions, check in and check out procedures and was very responsive when we had questions. We particularly loved the country setting and chorus of frogs at night.

Anniversary Getaway

We loved this rental house and it was great for someone with PTSD. The setting was quiet and secluded but within minutes of stores, restaurants and beach. We had no problem using the grill and enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.

This was an excellent place to get away from the busyness of the beach. Close enough yet still far enough away. Was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved watching the deer in the mornings and enjoyed the evenings on the porch. We would highly recommend The Lilypad!!

The Perfect Place!

We absolutely loved our stay in 'The Lily Pad'. It is a beautiful little house and tucked away from all other people which was important to us. It is 5 minutes away from a town and about 10 minutes from the beach. We have two boys (6 and 9) and they had a blast with the loft! This place really made our vacation that much better!!

Perfect quiet location!

Location here is perfect; far enough from the hustle and bustle of Surf City, but close enough to enjoy everything that Topsail has to offer. The drive to Surf City is only 10-20 minutes depending on traffic, and grocers are only 5 minutes down the road. This location is down a secluded drive and has no other houses around it, letting you enjoy the peace and quiet. Another perk is that this area is teeming with wildlife; we were able to see all sorts of reptiles and amphibians near the home (don’t worry, they do not go inside!). All around great experience and the hosts are great. This place came fully stocked with small wares, laundry and bathroom supplies, spices, and a whole lot more. We are already talking about another booking!

Peace and Quiet

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lily Pad! The location was perfect!! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to enjoy the beaches, shops, and eateries! Short stay in a tiny house

This place was perfect and peaceful. My partner and I enjoyed sitting outside in the rocking chairs with coffee and enjoying dinner outdoors on picnic table. It was so relaxing and close to the beach as well. We hope to return.

Lily Pad weekend

Our daughter and her family live in Hampstead and we decided to find another place to stay during our visit. Our two granddaughters, 13 and 11, were very happy to spend the night in the loft! Bethany is a gracious host, providing a lovely home away from home with many special touches and a very comfortable, peaceful, attractive place to stay. We would be happy to visit Lily Pad again!
