For those like me who are always skeptical when reviewing the hotel provided pictures, I can say that the rooms, the surrounding, the facilities, and the pleasant staff are exactly as described and portrayed. I needed a end of summer refreshing retreat and break for my family of five and it delivered from the moment we walked in to our final goodbyes! Perfect way to end the summer break. Thank you W! "

"The property was lovely. Very clean and quiet. Close to nice beaches and towns. Great for our family visit. We also appreciated the many dining options and pools at the neighboring Marriott resort. The only negative was the broken AC unit in our room. It leaked a lot of water which had already caused damage to the wall and flooring before we arrived. We mentioned it at check-in and stopped using the unit when we noticed the damage. We were told that it was on the list to be repaired."

"Rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean. Also never heard anything from outside the room. Eveline was delightful. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for all. Very peaceful. Found several staff to seem annoyed. "

"Had a fantastic stay at Vidamar Resort Algarve, a really easy and quick check in. Got our room keys, and hired two towels (fee was repaid upon check-out) and the room was spacious, well lit and all appliances worked too! The shower was spacious, and the mirror was well lit. Very comfy bed, and a spare pillow was in the room if needed also. Balcony gave great views onto the golf course next door, with little to no road noise, and even through the massive windows, the sun was well blocked out...

"We stayed at the hotel as a group of friends in a triple connecting room, room 209. As we were getting closer to the trip, I was a little bit concerned about some of the negative reviews recently left on Google reviews; given the price, I didn’t go in to expect a platinum five star hotel, and in all honesty, I set my expectations a lot lower! "Topp hotell, bra service og alt bra men sengene var meget harde! Det er flere spisesteder rundt omkring innen gå-avstand fra hotellet. Maten rundt omkring er ok men ikke fantasiskt med et unntak av restauranten "Il Pescatore" som er meget høy klasse men fortsatt akseptable priser. Billeie var også problemfritt i Portugal og anbefalles."

"We just checked out today (7/24/25) from our honeymoon. I see what people say online about the hotel being outdated. That being said, it is kept very clean including the pools, restaurant and rooms. The staff are outstanding and the location is quiet in a beautiful neighborhood that is conveniently close to the marina as well as a few beaches. We walked to 4-5 of them and saw (and went) to a lot of restaurants that are close by. Another good thing is that it is truly adult only with no screaming...

"Vacances entres copines, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car gros coup de cœur pour les petites plages autour et surtout proches de la zone d’activité nautique en voiture. L’hôtel est super joli, plusieurs piscines et la nourriture était très bonne. Le personnel est top et réponds à tout moment à nos questions/besoins. Nous espérons y revenir. "
