"Upon arrival, we were unable to find parking. The lot is SO small that we would have been forced to leave if someone hadn’t had left a parking spot. We also noticed the hotel is located in a sketchy area. When we got to our room, there was a strong cat pee scent that got worse with the air conditioning on. The room seemed clean as well as the bathroom, but the tv remote was SO dirty (see picture). We brought our dog, but would not recommend as the pet relief area was covered in broken glass...

"The room was grimy from the doors to the carpet and mattress to the bathroom. There are roaches and a hole where the piping is by the sink. We left halfway through to another hotel. The area is also unsafe with people having what seemed like a yard sale in the back. Management did not believe me when I asked for a refund and she was always “out of office”. I cannot believe this experience and I don’t feel like I had a vacation."

"I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. "
