"We loved the house and being able to dock our boat all week was great. Public boat ramp right across the cove so it was only a couple mins by boat to house. Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult. "

"Lovely, well-appointed property, very clean and well-laid out. We cooked at home and the kitchen was very complete. We found that we didn't need the golf cart, despite renting it on advice of the reviews. Elderly grandparents and toddler were able to handle the walk and the sandy "beach" is nicer than the photo. Minor negatives: You must remove your trash at the end of your stay (the dump on our route was closed at that time) and the electronic lock was malfunctioning (could be user failure)....

"Our family of 8 adults had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen. The two dishwashers and oversized fridge was a nice surprise. We spent our whole day on the dock playing cards, kayaking and paddle boarding. Definitely considering coming back next year. "

"We enjoyed a very relaxing stay! We read and lounged and watched movies. It was a great week!"

"Wonderful home. Fantastic amenities. Endless possibilities for fun. The grill and Blackstone made cooking for a large group a breeze. Make sure to request the pool is heated prior to arrival if needed. The listing advertised a heated pool but this is an add on fee. "

"The house was better than advertised! Plenty of entertainment around the house as well as a roomy dock for swimming. Scott and Jason both were avaliable by phone for any questions we had. Their response to emails or by phone was very quick and provided answers to any questions we had. 16 were in our party and we all had an excellent experience to close out the summer on labor day weekend."

"Everything about the house was wonderful. Steve, the host, provides everything you need for a perfect stay -- there were plenty of beach towels, kitchen towels, coffee pods, tea choices, and even sunscreen. The use of the boat made for a perfect week. The boat house was full of life jackets and water sport activities. And there were 4 kayaks, 2 SUP, and a canoe that got a lot of use. "Very secluded and private. Cabin was very nice, comfortable for 2 people.Walk to dock through woods isnt too bad. Weather was sunny our whole trip so did not have any issues with power, generator did kick in every morning for a little bit. Make sure you bring flaslights or some other outdoor lighting, especially if you have dogs because it is very dark at night with only the light from the porch available. Luckily we were prepared. The wifi wasnt working and didnt find it until the last day but...
