  • Enjoy the best Lake Kerr has to offer. Waterfront home with dock and sandy beach swim area. In a quiet cove with deep water perfect for fishing or just sitting by the water watching the sunset- catch catfish right off the dock. Quiet family friendly community. All the conveniences of home provided. Fire pit perfect for s'mores by the water. Lovely water view from the main living areas. Open floor concept, perfect for enjoying family time. Kayaks for use or bring your boat and keep at the dock. Boat ramp directly across the lake for easy and close boating access. Please note this lake is controlled by the dam and we cannot control lake water levels.

The house was beautiful as well as the view. My wife and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary there and we had a great time. We caught a few fish as well.

The house was beautiful and the location on the lake was great! The dock could use a little love..be cautious if traveling with children there are some nails sticking up. Be mindful to check water levels if renting a boat. Overall, wonderful stay and location! We will be returning!!

The Manson was a wonderful place to stay. I needed a Mother's Day getaway and this was the perfect home and location to have it at. The Manson was newly renovated, spacious, clean, and very accommodating. Having the private beach was a great treat. Husband was able to fish and kayak and also we had a private fire pit to enjoy at night. The host were communicative and we plan to return again.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. It is a very quiet and peaceful location, right on the lake.

Place was beautiful and definitely relaxing. We loved the space, the living room, and out by the water. The upstairs bed wasn’t the same as in the photos and both were so uncomfortable that we slept on the couch. I’d suggest taking out the plastic liners in the showers and getting a spring front door so it doesn’t hit people walking in and out.

Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay being right on the water. Walking distance was such a nice view. The location was perfect because with wasn’t far from where I live. The directions was easy to get to. The home was so beautiful.

Host was very nice and helpful my husband and I planned to go on a fishing trip but it Snowed the night before so the guide canceled and we have a up to a year to use our trip but we found things to do we did go to the seven springs winery very nice place and visit buchanan store

Kayaks included in the rental made getting on the lake super easy. It was a beautiful, peaceful trip in a secluded neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc.

Had a great weekend stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Walked out to the floating dock and put my feet in the water. Will definitely stay again.
