Modern 2 Bedroom Rental House, Close to Lake Michigan

  • Recently remodeled house, located in a Cul de sac off from Waldo Blvd, very quiet street, super safe area with lots of attractions nearby. The house has lots of windows that let in natural light. Living area has comfy furnitures, 60 inch smart TV and sound bar, this area open to a fully stocked kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plenty of storage space and a coffee station completes this area. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and even a Bluetooth speaker built in with the light fixture. A Queen bedroom with closet completes the main level. Take the steep stairs and go into the upper level that features a half bath, work station, smart TV in the seating area and 2 twin beds in a spacious bedroom. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There’s a large fenced backyard and outdoor seating area, fire pit and BBQ for those hot summer days.

Perfect! Cute Blue House!

The house was exactly as described in a nice quiet neighborhood. Totally renovated with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Large yard with outdoor seating space. Recommend this property for a hassle free stay.

Manitowoc stay

Super charming little home that was perfect for my daughter who was taking a class at the extension and for me for access to the Ice Age Trail and Lake Michigan. The home was clean and well stocked.

Comfy and convenient

We were impressed with the house/cottage. Very clean. The rooms were convenient for cooking, playing cards at the round table, also, very updated. We loved the kitchen with granite topping.

Great stay!

Great little house for a long weekend stay. Very clean and exactly what we needed. Our child loved the big back yard. Only recommendation is black out curtains in the main floor bedroom due to the security light on the garage.

Nothing but a great stay!

I was a little weary of this place, since it was pretty cheap and the only review at the time was 1 Star. However, I sent a message to the host and he seemed legitimate and sincere in explaining the simple mistake that warranted the previous bad review. So, I took a chance and stayed here. It was GREAT! Super clean, seamless check in process, etc. My favorite part was the bonfires in the back and the shower (the shower had a bunch of cool technology including a Bluetooth speaker!)

Great little place in Manitowoc

We had a great stay here! The house was renovated and everything in working order. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The little reading nook was a huge hit for our kiddos. This house truly has charm. It is centrally located and within walking distance to a fun playground and aquatic center. Rigoberto was very quick to respond when we had a need. The house does have central A/C but the upstairs stays warm throughout the day. This wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were gone most of the day. The upstairs room cooled off for our littles to sleep comfortably by nighttime. I’d recommend getting some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Sunset was after 8:30p and sunrise around 5:15a. The house has so much beautiful sunlight throughout, but it’s hard getting a full night sleep when the it’s light so early. We travel to Manitowoc often and have stayed a few homes btwn Manitowoc and a Two Rivers. The whole family agrees, we hope to be back!

10 min away and canceled

12/16/21 got email confirming my reservation and paid for it. On 6/27/22 get an email from VRBO Here are the keys to your Manitowoc, Wisconsin. 10 minutes away from the property could not access the keys to the house the e-mail VRBO sent me on the 6/27/22. Sent a message to Rigoberto and he confronted me that he had to cancel my reservation due to an over booking error. I had sent Rigoberto a few messages earlier in the week asking for the information on the house. I did get the address of the house from one of the messages Rigoberto sent. Why did t anything get said earlier befor I was 10 minutes from the property? This is the reason for the one star rating. Handledvery poorly from Rigoberto and VRBO.
