The staff was amazing...warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices from fresh coconut, freshly squeezed power drinks and international foods. The hotel is showing its age from the run down carpets and towels now grayish...not white nor fluffy. Its still a great hotel.

Very slow in checking in Arrived just a little bit after one o’clock and had to wait until nearly 3.00 pm before got the room. Had no baht or hand towel in the room. Had to rang the reception asking for it
