We arrived late to check in, but unfortunately we did not receive any email regarding our assigned room. As a result, we experienced delays getting into our room. Additionally, we currently need to request assistance from the security guard every time we need to use the elevator, which has been inconvenient.

Don't book here unless you want to be horriblly disappointed. Old, dirty, unmaintained, Luke warm water at best, unable to have a shower. Bed is very old, low quality + very uncomfortable. From the moment you arrive the chaos starts. Trying to find what building you are staying in requires endless text messaging to the owner that won't meet you on site. Then got told our room got "double booked" and our two night booking required swapping between different buildings. Asked in liew of THEIR stuff up if could we check in 1.5hrs early? Yes, but pay another 500p!!! What a joke! So just sat in the lobby & waited. No lift access card provided so had to explain the nightmare to the security guard everytime we wanted to come & go from the building. The constant noise from low flying aircraft is just a bonus!

It was not bad but needs improvement in services.

Host failed to give instruction and location to which we are staying,. Hotel did.not provide pillow cases and bed sheets for extra guest listed in my booking. No complementary drinks like water at least to welcome tired and sleepy guest which is very common to other hotels nearby specially when you dont have potable water supply in the area.

The first three buildings we go to (there are 8 bldgs) don’t know where we are booked we have to searched in 3 bldg . We were able to find a vacant unit in one bldg but the room was terrible. Look like a cheap motel and no working air conditioning. We find another in 4th bldg but it was not as expected as advertised. Don’t look luxury at all. We have to pay again as it’s owned by individual owners and not part of Venice Grand Luxury as advertised. Very bad experience. Don’t book here.

Terrible room

The description on the website is not what you'll find. There is no two futons and no sofa bed, only two mattress and a separated sofa that does not turn into a double sofa. The room is in terrible condition, dirty, and not private. The owner does not communicate at all and no instructions. The only good thing about this place is the location and front desk services.

Absolutely awful, didn’t even get to check in because the owner was not responding to my email/call, ended up cancelling the booking altogether and getting a refund because I had to find last minute accommodation elsewhere. Expedia customer service also tried contacting the owner but even then they were unsuccessful. Would absolutely not recommend.

The property is very convent to the mall and restaurants, just walking distance. The most hated about this place is the communication. I contact them through Expedia and it says the property will email me. I waited by no email was received or any notification thru Expedia. We went there and just found out that there’s different towers, like 8 of them. There 2 towers along the street , the first tower told me that my name is not on their list and I should try the 2nd tower which I did. The 2nd tower guest specialist told me that I’m not on the list. Asked me if I contacted the person /phone number that is listed on Expedia. I told them I did but nobody’s answering and cannot even leave a message. It’s a non working number. I beg the lady to find us any room since it’s Christmas Eve and cannot find any decent accommodation that’s within our budget. So she was able to accept us which I am so thankful with her and the security who helped us with our bags. When we get there, it’s only one queen bed with no blanket, just a quilt. I did reserve for 4 people but there’s no way for us to fit in the bed. So there’s a futton bed bed there’s no bedsheet, no blanket. We asked the front desk and they said we can tell the host by calling the number on our reservation which is a non working number. There’s no way for us to get or buy a bedsheet or towel since it’s late at night and we’re so tired from a long 18 hours flight. Drain is clogged, no extra tissue paper and cockroaches.

Liked the convenience due to proximity to restaurants, shopping and artistic holiday decorations and Venice like ambiance. What I did not like was the aircon leaks water condensation and may drip on your bed or luggages if they happen to be standing under it. I also squished a small roach which fortunately was the only creature I found during our 2 night stay. Water or moisture attracts insects. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the room was generally clean.

One thing I regretting was not looking around the area and hoping they will change how front check in area to put some warning over stepping out of the facility, warning sign of course, I’m hoping they would at least put a warning sign such as watch your steps .
