"Room was hot and muggy. A/C window until was not working and loud. Called the front desk, they moved us to another room. That room was not so great either. The hotel is dated and needs upgrades. No coffee pot in room, crud around the shower pan, toilet seat worn out, mini fridge interior door shelves broken. Was not pleased at all. When my husband called the front desk to discuss the room, the lady hung up on him. We slept the best we found, got up and left. We’ll never stay there again. ...

"We chose Hotel Glorieta because of it's close proximity to the Santa Fe Opera.
The front desk clerk was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is on a hill and has a beautiful view of Santa Fe! We didn't use the pool or visit the lounge due to only staying one night, but we plan to stay there again the next time we visit."

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Towels were good, too. Just, FYI, we had a room on the side of the hotel that was right beside a busy street. Lots of traffic noise. So, be sure to request a room opposite that street.
Getting to the hotel was a little complicated. Your phone might turn you into the mall parking lot."
