"the cottage was spotless. the heater was turned on for us so it was cosy on arrival. Plenty of quality teas, coffees, bread, milk and fresh eggs. It was amazing. "I stayed with my two children and my parents, and this accommodation suited us perfectly. Rooms were well appointed, great bathroom facilities (including a 3rd toilet downstairs) and plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed walking to various locations (Lake Weeroona, Rosalind Park, Golden Dragon Museum, Bendigo Woollen Mills) each day. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed and more!"

"Everything was perfect from the cleanliness down to the consideration of us as guests: heater on upon arrival, plenty of food to get us through to the next day .. croissants, breakfast cereals, wine! chocolates. The bedding was super comfy and heating in all rooms. Kerry was perfect as host xhecking that we were OK and passing on her contact details. Even the Keysafe worked first time!!!! Will definitely be back"

"Only downside was the road noise in the front rooms."

"Wonderful despite the rainy weekend. The tiny house was cosy with a toasty fire, or diesel heater when we wanted instant heat. The shower was hot, the bed comfy. Our hosts made sure we could get across the paddock to the tiny house when it was looking too damp for our car to make the journey in the wet. At night the stars were clearly visible from our own private river valley, complete with our own outside fire place beside the river. We took advantage of a tasty breakfast from the main house...

"The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Had everything we needed, comfortable, and warm. Easy access and off road parking. "

"This house was beautiful - I loved the charm, the ease of check in and Cath was so accommodating even calling us to check in about bed configuration before we arrived! It had everything we needed from a functionality point of view, clear instructions about how to use appliances and some great special touches! We would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"My two nights here were just what I needed. So quiet with great hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings here make it easy to unwind and a dip in the pool is well worth it. Not too far from town that you can walk but far enough from the busy roads so you can relax. So glad I found this place. Will absolutely return again one day. "
