Yes, there is no elevator, no AC, and the rooms are smaller than chain hotels. However, the staff are friendly, fun to talk with, and made helpful recommendations. "We received a warm welcome upon check in and every time we returned. The front desk personnel were polite and kind every interaction. All charges were accurate. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Great location in the 7th with shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. Convenient to metro as well. Highly recommend!!"
